      Pros

      I have worked at one of their facilities for three years. Management listens to concerns and actually acts upon them. They do not micromanage which leads to better employees. Our location is family friendly and is flexible when they can be.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to advance without relocating to another city.

      Pros

      Very little to say. The benefits were okay, but out of network if you aren't a Minnesota resident. Inconvenient for those working at a managed site.

      Cons

      May have been a great place to work in previous years, my experience with Ecumen proves this to be completely bogus. Management is deceitful, misleading and non supportive just to serve their own means and pockets. No support with unrealistic micro management!
