      Great residents, and support staff.

      Some leadership staff should not be apart of the company, lost many good employees

      Flexible work environment Leading edge with the Awakenings program Open to new ideas Good staff Great training programs to encourage staff development (Velocity, Innovation, Ecumen Way)

      Finding money to improve things in the office and with technology (but that's the non-profit world)

      Was hired on quickly. Was offered Full time.

      Cons

      full time doesn't mean a thing. I was lucky to get 13 hours a week!
