Pros

junior people are very enthused and initially passionate, clients are varied, multinational name brands, client opportunities are varied and interesting

Cons

boys club, glass ceiling, management's fear of change, internal competition between groups is seen as entrepreneurial but its simply competition; clients and employees suffer for it. very senior leaders are allowed to yell and threaten employees

Pros

Competitive salary, excellent reputation in the industry, great location, casual dress environment, generous paid time off, high profile clients, opportunities for advancement

Cons

Certain work groups are VERY catty, almost sorority-esque. Human Resources function is very unprofessional, not many in mid level leadership roles are trained in leadership

Pros

Great brand name with some very talented people, some good clients and a nice office. There are some interesting opportunities if you play the political game

Cons

Terrifble dog eat dog environment with nasty inter-office rivalries. There is a reign of terror amongst senior management who you upset or challenge at your peril. No support from the human resources.
