      Great culture, fun work, inclusive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lack of junior staff on certain accounts leaves senior account staff doing a lot of the ground work.

      Pros

      Young, fun and friendly culture. Great place for people in the PR industry.

      Cons

      Not all financial analysts here get to do financial analysis because the role involves being a business manager (this might be a pro for some). There are areas of improvement (finance and accounting processes, and training) but no one to drive change.
