Pros

Great pay, learning opportunities, smart managers, great opportunity to learn for those starting their careers.

Cons

Bad behavior by senior management is rewarded with promotions if it means the client is happy, very poor work / life balance, silo'd work structure leads to in-fighting over client service, junior employees are exposed to some poor management behaviors.

Pros

Edelman is the parent company so there is potential for new clients and growth.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism and gossiping going on at the Senior Leadership level in the NY office. Senior Leadership and HR embraced a passive - aggressive culture and they talk behind each other's backs. The CEO does not seem to be aware of this. Open and honest communication is missing in the culture. There is lack of training and employees are not set for success. Some are afraid of asking for time off and some are afraid to get up and eat lunch somewhere else other that their desks. Managers that are disrespectful are allowed to do that and people are afraid to speak up.

Pros

PTO policy is decent. Free cereal/oatmeal on Mondays and free ice cream on Fridays is okay. Starbucks coffee beans is a good plus as well as milk machine.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. People are overworked and not rewarded for hard work. Training is not good and management is clueless. They only look after people who know how to work the office politics. It's who you know not what you know. There also is no room for growth here.
