      I'm sorry to see your review, but honestly think it's probably a good thing that you've decided to move on. We work hard to create an environment that is inclusive of all people and while I disagree with your assessment of the average age of our Atlanta office, the fact that you've referenced age at all makes me think that your values and the firms’ values are not aligned.       No faith and high turnover rate

      Pros

      Cool location, bus to train stations, generally nice people

      Cons

      Little room for growth, can take forever to move up. Also, no tolerance for any mistake, even the most minor. Saw lots of people called at night and told to not come back the next day. Offices/cubes were then cleaned up of all personal items and those were messengered to the employee. Like they couldn't get rid of the person fast enough. Not good for morale.
