Pros

Edfinancial is a family that supports and helps one another and you get work from home opportunities also

Cons

The attendance policy/schedule adherence could definitely be more flexible and the points would be better to roll off every 90 days would be more helpful to employees

Terrible management

Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay, no weekends, good work equipment

Cons

No leadership, favoritism, expected a lot from you on every call and they do not even care about you, high turn around for same-related reasons, you see people going in and out but you are the incompetent not them. Condescending attitude from your trainers/management, who are supposed to teach you and push you forward, no professionalism at all, a lot of gossip.

Pros

I have the option of working either from home or fully remote, and there is even a hybrid option. This company offers great pay and benefits, and they are family-oriented. Edfinancial Services cares about me as a person and treats me fairly and with mutual respect. I love the work I do, and I had the opportunity to move around departments until I found the perfect place where I can grow. I’ve worked at Edfinancial Services for 8 years.

Cons

You have to work hard and stay on task because they have goals and track efficiency as well as give feedback/evaluate you. Most departments have Quality Control measures. The good news is they will work with you and help you with training or coaching if they find areas that need improvement.
