I Feel Trapped, Lied To, and Losing My Lifelong Passion to Write

Wonderful employees at Edgesource Corporation that are very kind and understanding of your situation, loving to work with you, seeing your potential, and wanting you to grow and succeed even if it's not with them
Cons
They have some of the worst clients on the face of this earth. Working with these clients has sullied my ability to write. I didn't grow as a writer. I went backwards and wasted years of potential opportunities to actually work on proposal writing, SOPs, RFPs, and more. Instead, I'm their personal secretary--something that is NOT a part of my job background--and haven't been doing any actual technical writing to excel in anything. The projects they do feel completely purposeless. These are the worst people I have ever worked for in my entire professional career. Management is so defunct, it feels like working at a nursing home.
