What's not to love?

Pros

Edify is the most openminded company I've ever had the pleasure of working for, across the board when it comes to management down to my colleagues. Everyone helps each other and it is really close-knit but welcoming. Feels more like a family which helps when striving to create great products. Everyday proposes a new challenge and everyone is on board to get things done, and management is right there to help along the way.

Cons

I honestly can't think of one realistic con. Yes, its a start-up and there are growing pains, but nothing that effects the overall attitude and vision of the company.

Pros

The company feels like a second family. You can tell that everyone believes in the product and is excited to come to work every day. Leadership is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The team works well together to tackle what is being worked on. Finding creative and solid working solutions.

Cons

Pros

Knowledgeable leadership, energized employees, family culture, disruptive innovation for our industry, and lots of free tea and snacks! I can't wait to get to work each day and learn something new from my peers about life and the product. The people are awesome and product is innovative. Also, the company values creativity and making the impossible possible - so I love the continuous challenges that we tackle each day.

Cons

I don't see this as a "con" myself, but some people might find this challenging. The company is growing really quickly, so the pace is fast and there are lots of moving parts happening.
