Pros

The culture is great and my fellow co-workers are unbeatable. I have a positive relationship with the leadership and all of my colleagues. Mutual respect and instilling the trust to just do your job and do it well is felt all around. We are an amazing team and we are thriving. I really enjoy the start-up culture and the endless potential for growth.
