      Pros

      The people - Edmentum does a great job of hiring people who are a good fit for the company and it's employees. Pay. Benefits. Recognition. Opportunities to grow and advance quickly. Technology available.

      Cons

      Constantly changing - hard to keep up at times. Slight disconnect in upper management, and office locations. Need better cross department communication. Stale cubicle land office - however improvements are being made.

      great products. awesome people. bad territory lay out, unrealistic quotas, too much internal unrest.

      Cons

      Unless you are in an established, high volume market, your income potential is limited. Your frustration and dissatisfaction is unlimited.
