Sadly, this used to be a great company until Plato Learning took over last year. It has been downhill since then. Employee satisfaction is at an all time low and employee turnover an all time high. One month saw the resignation of approximately 30% of the inside team in each department. That should speak volumes. Many employees are on "performance plans". Why? Because they do not have the business available in their pipelines which corresponds with their quotas. Upper management is detached and arrogant and only concerned about one thing-bringing in the PO's/money. No concern for either employees or customers. You will continually be told how much money you are making for the company-as you collect your $100 monthly commission check. At a time when schools and educators are experiencing unprecedented funding issues and budget cuts; company thought it was a wise business decision to steeply raise prices. You will be micro-managed and feel like you are working for "Big Brother". Employees were administered a "confidential" company survey. Then at a Mid-Year meeting, the VP announced that these results were being rolled out to direct management for review?! Was anything done the comments or recommendations made? No. In short, save yourself the headache and heartache and look elsewhere!
