Pros
Good benefits and excellent pay. Some managers are excellent as are some of the executive team. Training was fairly extensive and plenty of opportunity for self-training. Much of the product is good and the current business model is good. They have cleaned up a lot of old practices and improved many business practices.
Cons
Tough to transition old customers to new products, expensive and not the very best compared to newer competitive products available. A lot of bitter in fighting within the sales force which makes life hard for new hires. Watch your back. Most turnover I have seen in an organization which is costly and says alot about the company.
