Friendly work environment, excellent cross-departmental / collaborative effort, growing company, cool products and services, incredible teamwork excellent benefits and rewards program, excellent employee training trogram

Cons

communication could be improved. Too often, so much is going on that not enough information is provided to lower tier team members.

A constant changing environment with no real vision. Puts Upper Management First and Customer Last.

Decent base salary, although the overall compensation plan continues to be lowered every year.

Cons

Too many management changes, high turn over, old content that is behind the competition and over priced, many new solutions that have loop holes and need further improvement and lack of support in the field because of constant changes. The only promotional opportunities go to the same corporate housed upper management who are not from an educational background and don't fully understand their customer or the what is going on in the field.
