Cons

Can be better at supporting employees with conflicts where an employee feels harassed. Work closer to understand the effect on productivity and health of employee being harassed. Protect all employees not just some. Be more aware of how some employees demean others and create barriers for them to work and be successful in their roles.

Literally none. The job I took 5 years ago looks nothing like it does today.

Treated like cogs in a wheel, zero control over schedule now, high enrollment numbers, non-certified subject area teachers are being forced to teach reading and math “tutoring” they call it to get around having to have the correct subject certified teachers. 6-12th grade teachers are forced to teach k-5th and out of subject area. Evaluation conditions are changed every year, and even if you meet them, they will be moved right before evaluations come out so no raises are given.
