      Great team members, realistic company goals, good work/life balance, good benefits, easy to follow internal resources, company culture is realistic and supportive.

      Cons

      No bonus structure in current role, salary listed on job posting was higher than hiring budget for role.

      Pros

      Wonderful employee benefits and an incredibly caring upper management. HR is also doing an amazing job keeping WFH employees engaged and having events constantly in office on a weekly basis to give employees a reason to come in other than just their job. Work/life balance better than I've ever experienced in my career.

      Cons

      Very little to be honest but I do feel like promotion opportunities are few and far between. But that happens when a company has such good retention rate.

      Following Edmunds merger with Car Max, selling product in dealership's became an uphill battle due to lack of trust while the sales expectations continued to climb. Management involves heavy politics.
