      Pros

      Great salary and benefits with exceptional work-life balance. Incredible colleagues who are passionate and fun. Best culture I've ever encountered. Truly a dream job in every way.

      Cons

      No "cons" for me. We are now a hybrid workplace, which means that my long commute in LA traffic is very rarely an issue anymore. (The office is amazing, BTW.) Now that we are a part of the CarMax family, we don't have the severe financial swings that we sometimes had in the past.
