Change is an every day part if the job. Those who fear it will be surprised by the persistent evolution underway here. It can also be isolating to work remotely (there are plusses and minuses of course).

Having been here for over a decade now, I don't have an outside perspective for comparison. However, I can say that the fast-paced, innovative environment that makes this company great can also lead to challenges if not managed properly. The pros like cutting-edge technology and career growth are attractive, but can become problematic if deadlines are unrealistic or communication breaks down. Though there are areas for improvement, our biggest asset is our people. If we continue to communicate openly and collaborate, we can overcome growing pains and continue innovating. The highly skilled teams are willing to make this company live up to its full potential if given the opportunity. In my experience, keeping an open dialogue and lifting each other up is the best way to address the cons while taking advantage of all this company has to offer.
