      Pros

      - Great tech stack - Great team - Interesting problems to work on - Intelligent and helpful coworkers across the board - Many delicious lunches and fun company events - Beautiful office in Santa Monica

      Cons

      Many employees are 100% work from home. The hybrid flexibility is fantastic, but you lose a bit of community when you don't see as many coworkers in person. In-person events and lunches help to remedy this somewhat. I'm sure it isn't a problem unique to Edmunds.

      Pros

      Edmunds has an amazing culture and support system for a smaller/medium size company. Leadership from the top down leads by example, promotes success, and creates a team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Sometimes dealers don’t want to help promotes CarMax, as they look that them as a competitor.
