Great onboarding and insurance options. Amazing trainers that are very thorough and engaging. The company takes care of their employees. The Edmunds Premier product truly is sells itself. Its an amazing program.

Cons

No company is perfect. I know Edmunds does everything in their power to ensure the employees are happy and it is a great work environment. Companies and technology evolve and its not important to get hung up on the negative as much as to focus on the progress and the opportunity/role you will be a part of.

Results based work environment - Work when you need to and how hard you need to in order to complete your job. If you need to take some time to go see your daughter's soccer game, go do it! They hire people they trust to get work done and also live a balanced life. Lots of ways to make money - several different ways to make comp Room for growth - internal promotions AND lots of workshops and volunteer opportunities for personal growth Being kept "in the know" - weekly emails with talking points for sales, links with all the times Edmunds was in the news that week, training portal constantly being updated, Open hours meetings to bounce ideas and questions off co-workers
