-Excellent training, both onboarding and ongoing -Easy to get behind our products and services because they truly work -Freedom to get creative in negotiations to align customers with the right services for them as an individual, not one size fits all -Collaborative Team that celebrates individual and Team wins -Incredible earning potential in sales with solid base salary -More than enough personal time between unlimited PTO and everything close to a holiday we're pretty much off -I am 100% motivated day in an out because I really feel empowered and like I am a business owner over my book of business

That's a tough one, I guess the biggest thing from a selling perspective would be more products and services to offer additional solutions for our customers

A culture of absolute respect for your colleagues. An amazing place to be where hard work is appreciated, and work life balance is legitimately taken seriously. Leadership genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being.

Cons

There can be a bit of slowness to innovate due to being a titan of the industry very well ingrained in its roots. But getting better for sure in this regard.
