In fact, you mentioned training as an area that could be more robust and we are very excited because that is a primary focus at present. We are in the midst of completely revamping and further building out our training programs- including more focus on training sales people in the field.

      Work life balance is amazing. Results oriented culture, my manager does not micro manage and treats us like adults. Benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Traffic getting into work. But with the flexibility working from home, it's an even trade off.
