Pros

Work from home options, occasional company picnic, friendly(ish) management, decent 401K or atleast used to be.

Cons

Terrible communication between employees, vague with employees of the role you have, shady practices, manipulates the data of the employees. Upper management were very very shady and manipulative. Two faced HR and upper management.

Pros

Overall improved morale in the Boca and other main offices. More focus on employees following summer 2016 layoffs, tough job with a smaller HR team! We've done a good job of righting the ship and most feel that we we are doing more with less (more responsibilities but increased opportunities for pay). Still we could use another handful of people to get operations moving forward faster. People are excited as we work with more and more non-profit and traditional schools. The type that one would be proud to go to and work with.

Cons

Still need resources, things are falling through the cracks and eventually may cause larger issues. Especially on client facing teams like SAS and the (more) fully managed contact centers. Not necessarily people, but improving technology beyond on archaic lead tracking/media buying/accounting systems.

Pros

I read quite a few reviews and I understand where people are coming from. Each team has it's own dynamic/culture and if you fit into that mold then everything is fine, when you don't then you hate it. Overall, the people are pretty cool and depending on your department, you will be okay. If you don't mind working hard and you are eager to learn something new then it might be a good fit. If you're lazy please do not apply. If you don't like to follow orders even when you know it's not the best use of your time, don't apply. If you cannot conform into standard Corporate America politics then do not apply, and good luck out there because there will always be something in the work environment that reminds you of High School. Think of the movie Mean Girls, if you can smile through the pain and fake it until you make it, then you will be welcomed with open arms.

Cons

As mentioned, I understand where people are coming from. There is a lot of pressure and it runs down-hill. Sometimes we are putting out so many fires we don't stop to think if what we are doing is actually helpful/useful. People are stressed out. If you make the company money then you are favored. Some managers are tough and make you work hard. Some are just the cancer that needs to be removed ASAP. There's quite a bit of favoritism and make sure you do not upset these "privileged" few nor their minions or there goes your job.
