Somewhat of a flexible schedule on their hours

Cons

They want you to do a lot for $10 an hour. You will not make commission as they charge you $225 to work per day from your commission. Super micromanage Leeds are horrible and they will act like you get good leads when only the top few employees who've been there a while get all the best leads. The company also buys information from job applications and cause a bunch of people for them to sign up for school when all they want is a job to take care of their family.

Work from home since Covid. Previously a decent environment, the gave us snacks thinking that would keep us happy. Good pto time

Cons

They only think in the now, how they can make money. That being said upper management doesn’t care. You have to put in way too many hours and little money. The pay excessively in some positions and treat everyone poorly, unless you wine enough then they might throw you a bone. Good place to collect a check if you just do your work and don’t care about values. Many things used to be good, then some new employees got hired and things went down hill. Benefits used to be amazing. Not anymore. They’ll work you like a dog and then throw you away. No values even though they claim to have them. No true growth just lies

Met some amazing and hardworking people there.

Cons

Employees are grossly underpaid! And not even just at the entry level it's all levels. I can't remember a day working there where someone wasn't saying: - They hated their job - They were burnt out and couldn't catch a break - Management is poor - The structure of the company was so unstable it changes all the time - There was nowhere to move up in the company since senior management was already "in place"
