Pros

you can accept jobs whenever you like. You get to choose your own days that you work.

Cons

No real supervisors and no brick and mortar building to go speak with people about issues. Bad communication. I could never find my W2 either.

Thank you for your feedback. Your work is extremely valuable to the students and staff in the school districts where you serve. If you desired to receive your W-2 electronically, the deadline to elect that option was in early January. Those who did not elect the electronic W2 option were issued via US Mail before the mandated January 31st deadline. However, if your mailed W2 was lost in the mail we are happy to send you another copy if you contact our Employee Services Team at (877) 974-6338. Our team is here to answer any questions from 7:30-4:30 p.m. (EST) M-F. We answer our phones live, and are here to help you with any concerns. Our current dispatching system allows most assignments to offer details about grade levels, subject, and other details. Again, if you have questions about an specific assignment, please call our Employee Services Team at the number listed above. We are grateful for your service, and hope this information is helpful to you.

Pros

Ability to work around personal schedule. Picking school systems that have decent students/staff (which are few and far between).

Cons

Company has taken ability to build student/teacher relationship with kids therefore whenever you come into a class kids treat the time as a playdate. Permanent teachers are continually rude during lunch, get used to being considered a second rate citizen. Good luck with management mentoring/guidance, consider yourself a free agent of the outsourcing of school services epidemic.

Pros

Allows a flexible schedule for my IT job search. Also, teachers, support staff, and administrators are supportive and wonderful.

Cons

Low pay. The daily rate is only $75.00, and this is not comparable with hourly positions yet the position requires at least a bachelor's degree to be eligible.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that pay rates are set by the school districts and may vary by district, depending on each school district's budget.
