Pros

There are no pros to this company. If you are in the "circle" then you are good to go. If not, then you are left out to fend for yourself.

Cons

Upper management think they know every site with expertise when in fact they know very little of each site. Too much faith put into upper management who thinks their opinion is the only way to do things.

Pros

If you are related to someone that already works there or share in their religious views...you can wear whatever title you like, and draw a good salary for non-performance.

Cons

The home office is a self-contained environment where your every move is strictly controlled and monitored. Do not think about eating off-site or even filling up your car with gas nearby in the City of Dearborn. That will be considered treason.
