Pros

The job is secure if you know what i mean. Do your job. Get your pay check and get out.

Cons

The company doesn't care about employees. Employment Evaluation is a Joke. Self Health insurance is another joke. No all applicants have the same opportunity of employment. Seems that If you are not Friend of the Friend of the Friend through a preferred agency - you dont get a job. Some departments adjust the new job positions before post it online. is like if I want I can negotiate my position without applying for the job. Retention in some departments is Ok but other departments change every two and 3 years, and they start playing musical chairs with the new job opening. Promotions in the company are rare occurence. They bring people from outside all the times and employees that are on the botton have to train their own replacement. People who knows the job has been in the company for many years working with customers and they have to fight to get a salesman position. Other have to get a lawyer or legal representation. This is just a few cons

Pros

The cleaning staff is friendly but then again it's outsourced, quality products but then again the company is the middle man, buliding is new but then again you have to get there early to park in a good space otherwise better bring you're hiking shoes because it's going to feel like you took a hike by the time you get to the front door and oh yeah if you work in customer service better make it on time to your desk and clock in exactly otherwise ladies of Don will get you my pretty !!

Cons

Seasoned employees no nothing but the Don life , they know no better, live, work and breathe Don, management doesn't value their employees only favor certain ones of course if your parent works at Don then their kids get a job and boom guess who's kid becomes a manager?? Management receives bonus every year but the employees who work hard never see a dime just a piddly yearly increase. Sales force and FnD believe they're priority over eveyone, so how high do you have the jump? Customer Service don't do it undertrained my advice go take a management course on how to speak to your employees, IT technology is out of date. AP and AR dept seem to be one of the better departments to work for but once again underpaid!! My advice if you do take up a job at this company just do your job , you're in for a shocker on how things are run and of course the politics

Pros

Supportive Coworkers , Fooda, Clean work environment.

Cons

Older management is not supportive. Will agree with you in private. But make it a point to disagree with you in front of managers in other departments. They don't stick up for you or stick to the privacy rules. I shouldn't be redirected to my supervisor because my manger doesn't know how to run the department. There's barely any opportunity for advancement here. The only department I saw that really fought for there employees to advance was customer service and even that was far and few. This company is a stepping stone, not one that minorities can expect to advance within. As a new employee it takes an entire year to accure any vacation time. If you call off work and use any of your personal or vacation time you get dinged for an "occurrence". I could say more, but will stop here.
