Extremely cheap. Does not reward excellence. Retains employees who don't have a clue what they're doing, creating extra work for those who do.

This company does not invest any money in training for employees or their so called management. A completely horrible company to work for avoid at all costs unless you desperately need a job urgently and can't get hired anywhere else. The company needs a complete makeover, from their 1980's looking logo to there so called high tech technology that's at least 15 to 20 years behind whats available. Example they don't even use outlook express which makes simple emails tasks take twice as long to type in their outlook express knockoff program they use. They are very arrogant operators so if you accept a job as a sales rep with them don't expect any training at all on how to navigate through their systems such as Poet SAP etc. If you get a manager who actually knows how to use these systems hopefully they can answer the 1000 of questions you might have. Since they don't train their employees how to use them.
