Pros

The only good things are guaranteed 10 hour days and a 4 day workweek.Nice equipment to work with.Do your job and supervisor is okay!

Cons

Upper management is totally clueless,trucks are a total mess when in comes to loads. It's a good day when you're only missing a couple items.Drivers are stuck explaining to customers over and over where their products are when short.Don't ever expect a compliment on the job you're doing, only get negative feedback on simple mistakes.

A company that is completely behind the times. This is both in compensation and corporate policy.

Great for new graduates. For those graduates, get a year of experience and then move on to bigger and better experiences.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are terrible. Company is stuck in the past and needs to move with the times. The CEO is really disconnected from his employees and their needs.

Cons

Same employer contribution since 1998 when the company was half the size in annual sales. This after their contribution was eliminated for 4 years in 2008.
