The "leaders" display very little leadership. Their mission is to find a way to shift all responsibilities to the person below them and to pay that person less. They spend their days in meetings which are more like social gatherings. Most of these meetings are about what to have meetings about. Most low level associates are miserable. The favorite motivational saying is, "consider yourself lucky that you have a job."

Some regional leaders say you can only prospect within a couple miles of your office. It is nearly impossible, and not worth the low salary, if you do not get a big book of business. If you are new new, I would look to leave ASAP because the odds are not in your favor when they hire so many and are over saturating areas. The culture is almost cultish here and clicky.
