I am so lucky to work for a company that understands that life happens, and whenever I need to be away from work, my team always steps up and makes sure that everything is covered. They also care enough about their employees to send us surveys to see how the company can improve, and ultimately how they can make our jobs better.

Cons

The one and only con of working for Edward Rose & Sons is the use of the Yardi Residential Software program. It is not user friendly and often creates more work than is ever necessary, which can be very frustrating. I have not heard one person ever say that they like the program.
