Pros

Management is amazing and fun. They are super flexible with your personal life. It's very obvious they want to keep their employees happy

Cons

Some of the benefits, such as maternity leave, could use some adjusting. However, I have a feeling that when the time comes for my family to expand there will be some room for discussion.
