Discount on rent, pto earned as soon as you start with the company, decent health insurance covered, potential growth if you join management program

Cons

Your discount is off of current market rent so it doesnt come out to that much, if you decide to join the management program you have to relocate to wherever they decide to put you... You dont have much say

Free Apartment and living. The regional managers are very willing to help you.

Cons

Company does not like change and is stuck in doing things they way they were done back in the 80's

Pros

There are good benefits when it comes to your options as far as living on site and they have structure as far as documenting everything.

Cons

Not really built for someone who is looking to advance in a career in property management. Also seems like people get "tenure" and won't get fired no matter how badly they screw up or how little work they do.
