The culture that I have had the opportunity to experience lies in the title of this post. If you come to work and work hard with passion, Edward Rose is the company for you. The organization recognizes those industry professionals, that seek a challenge and want more than just a normal work day. The sane that no two days are alike, is absolutely correct. Many opportunities and a variety of experiences to keep an employee actively engaged and always seeking to make their community, team, and self better.

Cons

The operating system is not universal, but is changing very soon to Yardi. The documentation required to pay invoices is dated, compared to other large players in the industry.

As for the property management software and how invoices are paid you were right! We were outdated when you left this review. My experience with Edward Rose has been excellent. I enjoy the people I work with and appreciate that the company promotes from within. I don't know of any company in our industry that offers the various educational programs we have at Rose.

Cons

There is no question that you have to be very engaged and perform well in order to be promoted. I am also very happy with the upcoming changes to our software.

Pros

Great people to work with. Now offers health benefits and 401k. Fun company events and employee appreciation.

Cons

Work load can be overwelming at times. Holidays are rough for the prep work. Management can be difficult at time but everyone helps if you are behind. They need a better software system, it has not improved with the growth of the company.
