Pros

Independence with the ability to set my own priorities. Great fellow employees. Opportunities for hard working employees. Benefits have improved over the past few years.

Cons

Sometimes slow to change (but there has been improvement in recent years). Not very warm & fuzzy at the top.

Pros

This company has been a great learning experience for me. It is very diverse with operations in land development, construction, and property management. It is a great feeling to work for a company that is continually expanding its portfolio and has experienced great success along the way. There have been a lot of changes implemented over the past few years from both a technological and an employment practices point-of-view. The CEO is a great leader and mentor, and I am excited to be a part of the future here.

Cons

No place is perfect, but there are many areas of the company that have improved recently. Some of the older posts do not represent the current state of the company. We've come a long way, and the company continues to work on its processes, policies, and procedures to make things better every day.

Management looks for ways to advance those who work hard and contribute. The company is always looking for ways to improve itself as a business.

Cons

Sometimes slow to change when it needs to. Although the health benefits offer good coverage, they are a bit pricey.
