      Pros

      I started with this company at 19 years old with no experience in leasing/property management. I honestly didn't even know if I would like it. Its been almost 7 years and I am still here loving what I do everyday. I wholeheartedly believe that the company provides all tools necessary to be successful, as long as you put the hard work in. I also fee that hard work and dedication does pay off within this company. I feel that no matter where you start out in the company, there is always room for growth and advancement. If you take advantage of the opportunities provided to you then there is no limit to how far up in the ladder you can go.

      Pros

      In top 20 companies, U.S., professionals move up fast, promote within to any position. Aggressive training, clear company policies as guidelines.

      Cons

      There are no negatives, if employees feel negative, they are encouraged to use the support group, their team, that is readily available to them.

I cannot count how many employees that I have seen climb the ladder to success here at Edward Rose & Sons.       Very good company to work for- if you're honest and hard-working!

      Pros

      Employer rewards hard work, honesty and integrity. Employment manual states, "an hour's work is expected for an hour's pay" and the company recognizes and promotes those who abide by that statement. Over six years with Manifold Services at this point, and I anticipate being with them for many more to come.

      Cons

      Fully paid health insurance would make the company much more competitive for professionals who may choose to be involved in other industries. While employees have a very good chunk of health insurance paid for, premiums get expensive when trying to cover children and other family members.

These are key qualities that we truly appreciate. It's nice to hear our employees know this as well. I also wanted to say that I understand how you feel when it comes to expensive premiums for insurance. However, I have found that there are very few company's that cover these or have better coverage. Although, you never know what will happen in the future, since we are a continuously growing company.
