Great co-workers with positive attitudes and a passion for what they do. Good compensation and a lot of room for advancement. I gained a wide-range of skills here and constantly learned new things. I enjoyed working for this amazing company!

Wow! Thank you so much for your amazing review! Also, I agree that we do work with some amazing people that have a passion for what they do. I was so happy to read that you learned so much while you worked here. I understand what you mean about how the office can be quiet at times, lucky for us that just means that everyone is concentrating on their work. Lol! It's funny how it can also get loud at times. All of the sudden I will hear a lot of chatter and laughing, and I just have to go see what's going on. Sometimes it's just a work conversation that a lot of people have joined in on, and other times we have visitor's that have brought in their new-born or an employee from the past has stopped by. I have to say that I think one of my favorites is when the food truck comes by. Thank you for letting us know that we are doing things right! Jessica

The culture that I have had the opportunity to experience lies in the title of this post. If you come to work and work hard with passion, Edward Rose is the company for you. The organization recognizes those industry professionals, that seek a challenge and want more than just a normal work day. The sane that no two days are alike, is absolutely correct. Many opportunities and a variety of experiences to keep an employee actively engaged and always seeking to make their community, team, and self better.

Cons

The operating system is not universal, but is changing very soon to Yardi. The documentation required to pay invoices is dated, compared to other large players in the industry.

As for the property management software and how invoices are paid you were right! We were outdated when you left this review.
