      Pros

      My experience with Edward Rose has been excellent. I enjoy the people I work with and appreciate that the company promotes from within. I don't know of any company in our industry that offers the various educational programs we have at Rose.

      Cons

      There is no question that you have to be very engaged and perform well in order to be promoted. I am also very happy with the upcoming changes to our software.

      There is endless commission opportunity on lease signing, overtime opportunities, benefits, 20% discount on rent as well

      Cons

      Lack of communication with upper management caused a disconnect with site managers.
