There are no pros to working for this company

Cons

You will get no support in supplies or assistance. You will constantly be blamed for anything that goes wrong. This company uses illegal and immoral ways to screw over internal and temporary employees. I was a salary exempt employee and I was working ten hour days for no pay as normal for salary which I was alright with until they told me when our onsite client was doing a shut down no matter if we wanted to work or not we would not be paid for any days we could not work. If you think they will ever listen to your ideas don't any issues you have be ready to deal with them by yourself with very little assustance or clarity on how to handle things.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with great people and help so many other people seeking jobs. My recruiter skills and customer skills were improved by working here.

Cons

Your salary is caped no room for advancement. The agency is all about the client. The client can scream at you and make sexual remarks and Effex just turns thier heads. They rather for one of thier employees get mistreated and be treated as a slave before they have a conversation with the client. Is all about money no human care!

Pros

as an Office Support Associate I get to work in different departments doing filing and paperwork. Most of my day is spent in breakrooms as they have not given me an office. The breakroom is a nice environment, I often watch tv and listen to music while i do my work and no one really bothers me.

Cons

One of the not so great things about this job is they cap your salary at $11 per hour. I started at $9.50 and they have me 50 cent raises every 3 months until i reached $11 per hour. I could work there till i'm 90 and i would still be making $11 per hour.
