      Pros

      Some projects are interesting but most of them are a grind with no clear business impact. Majority of the projects are staff augmentation.

      Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The toxic culture here is palpable from the moment you walk through the door. Management is detached and uninterested in employee well-being, fostering an environment of fear and distrust. There's a pervasive sense of favoritism, with promotions going to those who play office politics rather than those who truly deserve it. HR is essentially nonexistent, turning a blind eye to harassment and discrimination complaints. If you value your mental health and dignity, steer clear of this place.
