      Good colleagues, bad experience

      Pros

      I did like working my colleagues there. There was a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay was quite low. They have high turnover, and there are few people who've been around for more than a year or two. The company has a habit of firing people with little notice. And they've been looking to expand their offshore team and replace their US-based developers with cheaper labor abroad. The office is also way out in the suburbs in Naperville in a nondescript office park.

      Pros

      Worked with them for more than a year(2017- beginning of 2019). Amazing team to work with. Great response to all the emails and the calls. Their training program with Praveen helped a lot and laid a great foundation. Prem was very helpful in the admin and HR side of the company to address any concerns we had. Overall enjoyed the work and experience I got from here.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Just moved to a new opportunity as a career decision.

      Pros

      Good Learning : You have the flexibility to learn whatever you want. You can be front end developer and you want to learn backend and you will be given the opportunity to do just that. Also the technology stack that is worked on is also great. All latest technology and framework like Kafaka, Akka, Vue.js etc. Great People : The people are great to work with and the Management is also very understanding and very supportive. Lots of Extra Activities : Happy hours every Fridays, Table tennis tournament etc etc.

      None that i can think of.
