Pros
If you want to be a full stack developer then this is the place to work. You get to work on a cutting edge cloud based analytics platform. This involves working with front end frameworks like AngularJS as well as full range of Java technologies that brings together the platform that also uses Nifi for data ingestion, Spark for data processing, Akka, Kafka etc. This is a very friendly place to work despite the goal oriented environment. This is a positive, encouraging and supportive company to work for. The management is responsive and sensitive to the need of its employees. I have been working here for more than 2 years and somehow it still feels like being part of a big family, which may sound cheesy, but that's how I feel.

If you are the sort of person who is specialized in a certain set of technologies and you only want to work with these, then this company is not for you. Here you are expected to be willing to take the plunge and learn new things in order to meet the release objectives. Continuing on the same theme, you need to be self-driven and hands on as there is no hand holding or spoon-feeding here. You should be willing to adapt to rapid changes as the company is growing fast
