      Pros

      The developers are great to speak with and learn from while recruiting. It is good place for developers but not for sales or recruiting.

      Cons

      - Poor Management - No organization - Need stop underpaying people - False claims of growth and leadership with in company The company lacks in recruiting they can not find any recruiters to stay since management is bad. Lots of outsource recruiting which makes it diffcult to work on roles and schedule interviews. No one takes advice or assist if you stuck or need help. Lots of unprofessional comments with no organization in entire business. Very hard to work in this environment super stressfull for an recruiter.
