- Although a larger company the salesforce practice still has room to be entrepreneurial. - Onboarding was great because of how HR assigns a person to each new employee for onboarding and support - Good place to put new skills to the test - Experienced consultants can professionally stretch

Cons

- After company rebranding it's challenging to let people know what the company specializes in. - People in the company have gone through a lot of change with the transition from 2 companies into 1. A period of stabilization is merited.

- recruitment: Colton, the recruiter was very helpful and kept me constantly informed throughout the hiring process. - onboarding: gave me enough time to transition from my other company, - team: very smart, helpful, and overall chill people - projects: the projects are a really fun to work on, currently with the attention towards RAG. - freedom: no micromanaging, and people treat others like actual people instead of numbers.
