      - Your technical skillsets are going to improve as you work on modern tech stack projects - They promote a learning mindset, so if you're not shy to learn new things this is the right place for you - They have challenging projects in Data space where you not only get to solve problems but also learn about the domain you work in - You can see your career grow drastically if you have a right mindset

      Cons

      - Pay scale & appraisals can be better - Need more Benefits (although they are implementing new things)
