1. state of the art technology 2. flexible environment 3. Great worklife balance 4. Awesome coffee 5. motivating leaders 6. .... This list just goes on. I have been working with Egen for a little over a year and it definitely is the best place I have worked at. Egen hosts regular team-building events that keep the atmosphere light and friendly. Technology leaders at egen are nurturing and never fails to help you when needed. They are always there to guide you and I personally never felt like the only one fighting the battles. Staying up-to-date with cutting edge technology comes naturally to egen, organizing meetups, doing biweekly in house conferences helps all employees staying on top of their game. I would definitely recommend you to work with Egen if the above description sounds exciting to you.
