Great place to start with. Good use of technologies. Friendly work culture. Lot of learning.

Cons

CEO attitude towards employees who want to leave is not good. Salaries for seniors are not up to the mark. It gets difficult to discuss or negotiate. No 401K benefits.

People work with latest technologies. Most of them are aged less than 35 years, I consider it as lot of young talent and are open to feedback and new ideas.

Cons

I think the pay scales are low and they do not have any fixed range of salaries for positions. Not everyone is paid well. One have to fight to get the better pay.
