Pros

Great people, exciting time in the company's history. TImely, useful product with great interface that customers.

Cons

Larger companies with more infrastructure are very different environments. Right now this is a small company with a start up look and feel. If you're not into chipping in and getting your hands dirty, this may not be the ideal place for you.

A Completely Pointless Place to Work

Pros

Most of the employees are very nice, hardworking people. Work-life balance is excellent. Lots of empty space in the office, due to the fact that so many people have quit or been laid off.

Cons

Product is a solution in search of a problem, which means virtually non-existent revenue. No prospect of raises, ever. Engineering practices that were out of date twenty years ago. Senior management that has a fifteen year track record of complete failure, yet still believe they can do no wrong.

Great tech...less so management

Pros

Lots of independence, good, solid technology challenges (never bored), flexible hours, good benefits

Cons

Typical technology company pressure to be available 24/7, release cycles fluctuate mid-stream so it's easy to get overwhelmed, there's some micromanagement issues
