It's a great product to position but for some reason it's difficult to engage partners (HP/Dell).

Basically a good company that's gone through some tough periods.

Pros

Generally enlightened management with reasonable telecommuting policies and good employee relations. Smart engineering staff. Good facilities. Decent balance of challenge vs sane work environment.

Cons

Still suffering the long-term effects of changing product direction and the economic downturn. Project planning could be a little more realistic.

Pros

Solid Technology No longer in the server business

Cons

Moving at the pace of Mainframe development. The need for N+1 at the server level will eventually move to the application layer. Haven't had new customers in a while and they can't compete with Cisco UCS.
