Pros
Opportunity to make a lot of money because of the ISOs. High ownership over projects. The team likes each other; we are just scared of all leadership.
Cons
The place operates on fear. There is a slight downturn in growth and the CEO fired 2 people. The only people who make it have no opinions and do whatever the founds say; no pushing back. I would very much caution anyone thinking of applying. I am actively looking to get after this past of month of craziness and toxicity. A few examples: one newer person brought up pro/cons of an idea an Executive via a document. He got on the phone with her and yelled for 15-20 mins and then hung up the phone. The reaction from the people on the phone - this is how he operates. Unacceptable. Another example is the double standard from the CEO - he allows brand and partnerships to have zero revenue accountability and then berates the growth teams when Meta CAC doesn’t hit target one week.
